f90SQL Year-2000 Compliance Statement  

f90SQL-pro and f90SQL-lite are Fortran interfaces to operating system services offered by Windows 95/98 and Windows NT. Canaima Software certifies that the code included in f90SQL-pro and f90SQL-lite do not contain date dependencies of any type, and as such, these products on their own are not sensitive to date issues related to the coming of the new millennium.  

Users of f90SQL-pro and f90SQL-lite are advised, however, that these products rely heavily on services offered through the Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) API, which is a product of Microsoft Corporation (and part of the Windows 95/98/NT Operating Systems), as well as the particular ODBC drivers used to access a given database (which is usually a product of the database vendor). Canaima Software does not assume responsibility regarding Year-2000 compliance of these services.

To the best of our knowledge, the ODBC-Manager ver. 3.5 (with Service Pack 2 installed) and higher, is Year-2000 compliant, and should be used in conjunction with f90SQL-pro and f90SQL-lite. We recommend our users to contact their specific database vendor for information about Year-2000 compliance of their ODBC drivers.
